Scott ‘Hot Sauce’ Holtzman is 3-0 as a professional MMA fighter and all 3 wins are in the Xtreme Fighting Championships. Scott prepares to invade the Grady Cole Center, in Charlotte NC for XFC 22: Crossing the Line, Feb 22nd, 2013. He brings a hard working and humble attitude to the cage, along with a legion of fans and a few really crazy ones, too.
